SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICE

DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
This option involves delivery of the safe to your front door only, at ground level. You will be responsible for moving the safe to its final location and installing it.
DELIVERY TO SITE SERVICE
For this service, you must unload the safe from the delivery truck. Ensure you have the necessary equipment and personnel to handle the safe's weight and size.
WAREHOUSE PICK-UP
You may collect your safe from one of our warehouse locations by prior arrangement. We will prepare your safe for pick-up, but transportation to your property will be your responsibility.
DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver to major cities across Australia. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard delivery rates apply, and additional costs may be communicated if applicable. Delivery times for metro areas typically range from 3-5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with the expected lead time and provide options to proceed or cancel your order. Security Safes reserves the right to cancel orders and issue refunds as needed.
RETURN POLICY
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days under the following conditions:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return delivery costs.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by the manufacturer to confirm it is undamaged before a refund is processed.
Please note:
- Products that have been used, installed, or attempted to be installed are not eligible for return.
- Custom-made or special order items are non-returnable.
- Items purchased on special offer are not eligible for refunds.
To initiate a return, contact us via email. Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card-issuing bank within five business days. For other payment methods, including cheque, money order, direct deposit, or PayPal, please provide your bank details, and allow up to 10 days for processing.
