At Security Safes , we offer free consultation on the installation and usage of our products. We have the best people to give you instructions on how to properly install your wall safe, floor safe, or vault. Security Safes can also arrange to have them delivered to your location and ensure that they are properly installed by legitimate professionals. We work with specialised delivery companies and certified installers that can safely place your safe within your concrete, tiled, or timber flooring or in wood, brick, or plaster walls. So, you don’t have to worry about running into installation problems or hurting yourself.

DELIVERY POLICY
Our standard delivery service is ground level (tailgate) delivery only, to the nearest accessible entry point. This does not include unpacking, installation, or placement inside the premises.
If you require inside delivery, stairs, or lift access, please contact us for a customised quote.
DELIVERY TO SITE SERVICE
Delivery to site service requires you to unload the safe off the delivery truck. It’s critical that you are ready for the weight and size of the safe. You also need to make sure you have the right people or equipment to safely lift the safe off the truck.
WAREHOUSE PICK UP
You can pick up the safe directly from one of our warehouse outlets, provided that prior arrangements have been made. We’ll pack and prepare your safe, but it will be your responsibility to pick up the unit and safely transport it to your property.
DELIVERY POLICY
Security Safes delivers to all major cities in Australia. The processing of orders and all deliveries are done from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. During checkout, a standard delivery rate is applied. We will also be in contact if there are any additional costs associated with the delivery of the product. Take note that some remote areas are out of our scope due to the high cost of shipping. So, make sure to discuss your location in detail.
If you are located in the Metro areas, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. Should your item be out of stock, you will be contacted after ordering and informed of the appropriate lead-time. At this point, we may provide you with an option to proceed or withdraw your order; Security Safes .com also reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund. If you have special requests or urgent deliveries, do contact us and we’ll gladly provide you with the best solutions.
FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARDS
Whilst Security Safes employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, we do not take responsibility for damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner. If we have evidence to suspect that a transaction is being or will be conducted by the fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card; we will not enter into the transaction. If we have evidence of fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card during the course of a transaction or prior to delivery of our goods, we will take all reasonable steps to suspend and cancel the transaction and / or prevent the delivery of goods that are the subject of a suspected illegal transaction. We will also take all reasonable steps to notify the police services on the relevant jurisdiction and assist the police by providing all information pertaining to the transaction to facilitate a prosecution of the offender.

None of the logos, designs, trademarks and other intellectual property vested in Security Safes Pty Limited and appearing on our website, receipts and literature shall be used by any other individual, corporation, group for any reason whatsoever unless Security Safes Pty Limited gives its express written authority to do so.
